Dr. Lovetta Quinn-Henry is a nationally respected law enforcement executive, scholar-practitioner, educator, and entrepreneur with more than three decades of distinguished service in public safety. She currently serves as the 16th Chief of Police for the City of Apopka and the first woman to lead the agency in its history, following a career marked by progressive leadership across patrol, investigations, training, professional standards, accreditation, and executive administration.

 

Holding a PhD in Criminal Justice Leadership, her work and research center on officer wellness, trauma-informed leadership, and organizational resilience, bridging academic scholarship with real-world executive practice as an adjunct professor and published author. As founder and CEO of Strategic Solutions Professionals and creator of Women of Influence Networking (WIN), Dr. Quinn-Henry is building a national platform dedicated to leadership development, ethical excellence, mentorship, and empowering women across industries to lead with confidence, purpose, and impact.
